We support you guidance, with technical services and adaptations, graphic design, documentation, teaching and support. You can use our individual services such as installation, surface designing or teaching just as relate as the complete project support from planning to evaluation and permanent support.
In the support we provide from the time expense related to individual orders for the use of modern ticket systems all variations. The support can be considered as third-level support in the background, on the second-level support for coaches and instructors to first-level support for users of your system. Upon request, full administration of the Moodle system by eLeDia is possible. This includes user administration as well as monitoring the system.
